Save-a-Flush

Save-a-Flush is an award-winning displacement device that fits in the toilet tank to displace water and reduce the amount of water flushed. Save-a-Flush saves up to 1.2 litres of water per flush.

Save-a-Flush is made from a laminate envelope containing a super absorbent polymer and is very easy to use as it self-inflates when dropped into the toilet cistern. It will last for many years, is light-weight and simple to install.

Once placed in water, the polymers will absorb the water and expand (this takes +- 6 hours). Even when fully expanded, it will not interfere with the flushing mechanism of the toilet.

Directions

• Simply remove the lid of the cistern, and drop the lightweight envelope into the cistern.
• The device will soak up water, thereby displacing 1 - 1.2 litres of water (depending on the device you have) , reducing the amount of water flushed away with every flush.
• Absorbing the full amount of water can take up to 6 hours, and it will sink to the bottom of the cistern as it fills.
